		<description>congratulations... and a good start! here&#039;s to lots of scrumptious pix and recipes du jour. and if you&#039;re after lists of places to encourage shopkeepers to maintain their &#039;exotic&#039; stock, lemme know if it&#039;s the southeast asian &#039;exotica&#039; variety. one asian ingredient i&#039;ve found useful and of decent quality, widely available thanks to the Plus chain: standard hard tofu, ideal for stirfrying, grilling etc, is sold at Plus under its generic &#039;bio&#039; brand, 2 tofucakes, individually sealed in one box.</description>
