		<description>congratulations... and a good start! here's to lots of scrumptious pix and recipes du jour. and if you're after lists of places to encourage shopkeepers to maintain their 'exotic' stock, lemme know if it's the southeast asian 'exotica' variety. one asian ingredient i've found useful and of decent quality, widely available thanks to the Plus chain: standard hard tofu, ideal for stirfrying, grilling etc, is sold at Plus under its generic 'bio' brand, 2 tofucakes, individually sealed in one box.</description>
