<description>"You can say what you want about German cooking -- and I do -- but when it comes to the equipment, this country has it down." - I can't help but feel this is a negative statement. Could you elaborate some time? What is it that you do or do not like about German cooking? Is it the ingredients, or the QUALITY of the ingredients? Or is it the recipes, or the EXECUTION of the recipes? What is your sample? Could you elaborate? Like, for instance, I am not too keen on Indian food, because I don't like most of the spices and I find it a bit greasy, but I have never been to India and don't know if that is meant to be... Thanks, and keep the blogging up! Once you get around to being less implicitly judgemental (or more explicitly so) this will be a fun and informative blog to read!
