K-M-S — There’s always a tension between gracefulness and lightness of design, and the banal practicality of putting links on pages so people can find them. I’ve worked at enough Web companies, with enough redesigns, to see that traffic goes up when you put more links on a page, even if it’s dead ugly. So we’ll see — maybe this won’t work, and 3.0 will be light and airy.
