Best to call: I've just pulled out his card (a scrap of notebook paper with his stamp on it) and there's a mobile number: 0175 115 22 17. Also the official address: Kantstrasse 85A. There was no rouille with the soup; sadly, I have never experienced bouillabaisse with rouille. But that is bread on the plate, and it's not covered, it's cut right where the napkin is.
